A: We prioritize the "Triple-S" standard: Size, Source, and Selection. Our nuts are graded for maximum size (e.g., W180 "King Size" Cashews), sourced from world-renowned regions (like California for Almonds and Kashmir for Walnuts), and hand-sorted to ensure no broken pieces or "dust" at the bottom of your bag.

Q: Are your dry fruits and nuts organic?

A: We offer a dedicated range of certified organic products. Our conventional range is 100% natural, non-GMO, and free from chemical polishing or artificial glazes.

Q: My walnuts look a bit dark. Are they spoiled?

A: Not at all! Natural walnuts vary in shade based on their position on the tree. Darker kernels often come from the top of the tree where they get more sun. As long as they smell sweet and earthy (not bitter or paint-like), they are perfect to eat.

Q: What is your return policy for food items?

A: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened food products. However, if your order arrives damaged or doesn't meet our premium quality promise, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo, and we will make it right.
